Friday Morning

What a beautiful day!  The sun is out, it's melting the snow from last weekend and I am actually up and dressed.  Not just dressed.... but even did hair and makeup!  Woo Hoo!  Will I actually DO anything today?  Not sure.  It's one of those things where I have SO MUCH to do.... that I don't know where to start. 

I really need to work on getting all the little stuff out of my apartment and start cleaning.  Yes, for anyone who doesn't know.... I did not renew my lease and I've moved back into my house with Mike as my "roommate".  It seems to be working out well.  When I moved out, we stayed friends, got together occassionally for dinner or he came over to see the dogs.  So he is in the spare bedrooms (one a bedroom, the other his office) and has - as always - the "jack & jill" bathroom as his own.  The master is mine.  I downsized my bed from the beautiful King that I had and bought a more appropriete full size bed.  (sold the bed on craigslist this week - the process had me totally freaked out)

It's almost funny how the house is set up right now.  It's a tri-level, so there is a downstairs living area that had always been the livingroom.  Then the main floor - I think it was meant to be a "formal" livingroom that we always just had our desks and computers in before.  Now it is a livingroom.  Sofa, coffee table, 42" flatscreen.  Downstairs... well, now thats MY livingroom!  haha!  My over sized chair, another club chair, my desk, eliptical.... and a 40" flat screen.  From my desk right now, I can actually see both tv's. 

So here I sit on a beautiful day trying to figure out what to do first.... and wonder why my life can never just be easy?  Maybe 30 min on the eliptical might clear my head....
